strong>DAY IN REVIEW: SATURDAY - There were five games played on Saturday and most were mismatches. HFL, Schroeder and Victor were among the winners.

PAL-MAC-9 at HONEOYE FALLS-LIMA-17 - With the win, HF-L remains undefeated in its last nine games against Pal-Mac dating back to 2009.  Leading the scoring for HF-L were Shaye Angelo (3g/5a), Camryn Trybuskiewicz (2g/4a), and eighth-grader Harper Jacob (3g/2a).  Two of the Cougars achieved career milestones in the game—Paige Kidd with her 200th draw control, and Shaye Angelo with her 100th draw control.  For Pal-Mac (7-4), eighth-grader Brinn Castrechini had three goals, and Jenna Santelli and Teagan Hudak had two goals apiece.  Both teams resume play on the road next week, with HF-L taking on Churchville-Chili Wednesday and Pal-Mac facing Newark-Midlakes Monday.         [ BOX SCORE

 CNS-13 at BRIGHTON-7 -  Despite keeping the game close in the first half, the Bruins ultimately fell to the top-rated squad in section III.  Ireland Mistretta (3g) led the scoring for Brighton (4-7), while Sara Solomon recorded her first varsity goal.  The Bruins visit Pittsford on Monday.        [ BOX SCORE

QUEENSBURY-10 at RUSH-HENRIETTA-8 -  In losing to undefeated Queensbury (II), Rush-Henrietta saw its record fall to 9-3.  The Royal Comets were led by Riley Brown and Danielle Garrett, each of whom scored three goals, and Angelia Oechsle, who had eight saves.  Ashlyn Roberts also scored the 50th goal of her varsity career.  The Royal Comets host Corning (IV) on Monday.        [ BOX SCORE

SCHROEDER-9 at LANCASTER-8 - The Warriors handed Lancaster (VI) just its second loss of the season.  There were no statistics reported from Schroeder (6-5) at post time.  The Warriors host Greece on Monday.          [ BOX SCORE

VICTOR-12 at MERCY-6 - The Blue Devils improved their record to 9-3 with the win.  There were no statistics reported from Victor at post time.  For the Monarchs, Mia Quagrello led the scoring with two goals, and Elinor Meyer had six saves.  Victor travels to Fairport on Wednesday to take on the Red Raiders.  Mercy hosts Irondequoit on Monday.         [ BOX SCORE

HONEOYE FALLS-LIMA-4 at PITTSFORD-11 - The first half was close with the Panthers leading 4-3 at the break, but they opened it up in the second half outscoring the Cougars 7-1. Paige Kidd scored all four goals and Camryn Trybuskiewicz had three assists for HFL. There was no report from Pittsford at post-time. CANANDAIGUA-9 at FAIRPORT-7 -  Canandaigua remained undefeated at 12-0 with their win tonight. Fairport saw scoring from Sophomore attacker Camryn DuBose (3g) who reached her 50th career goal in the game. Ella Peers (1g-1a), Brenna Goss (2g), and Katie Mallaber (1g) added to the scoring for the Red Raiders. Fairport goalie Marisa Test had 5s/4ga = 56% (24 mins). MYNDERSE-ROMULUS-10 at JORDAN-ELBRIDGE-11 - Chelsea Korzeniewski (4g-2a) reached her 100th career assist for the Blue Devils. Junior midfielder Myah Herron added (4g-2a) and Junior offensive player Amelia Reese (2g-1a) added to the offensive tally. Penn Yan Junior goalie Marion Wheeler had 2s/1ga = 67% (24 mins), and Freshman Megan Wheeler recorded 2s/1ga = 67% (24 mins). Sophomore midfielder Maci Mueller (1g-1a), and Senior attacker Lainie Forde (1g-0a) scored for Waterloo (6-4) who will host Wayne on Monday.       [ BOX SCORE
