A clean sweep for Section 5 Today
April 25, 2026 - DAY IN REVIEW: SATURDAY - It was a strong day for Section V teams in non-league play as Rush-Henrietta cruised past Queensbury behind a dominant performance from Riley Brown (4G, 1A) and Kate DeWald (2G, 5A), while Mercy topped Watertown 13-9 with Mia Quagrello and Maeve Shanahan each netting four goals. Victor edged South Jefferson 14-12 thanks to five goals from McKenna Anderson and 10 saves from Mia Finocchario, and Pittsford handed Orchard Park its first loss of the season to improve to 9-1. Livonia-Avon-Geneseo also picked up a win, downing Clarence 17-7 to move to 5-2 on the year.
