# 706  2024 All League Awards

[UPDATED] The annual All-League Awards have been posted and are available on the player pages as well as the awards page.

The Finger Lakes League awarded first team awards to Reagan Diehl, Chelsea Korzeniewski, Anna Priebe, Jenna Santelli, Taryn Goodness, Sidney Clickner, Stella Del Papa, Lainie Forde, Colleen Ginsberg, Myah Herron, Madelyn Hillman, Teagan Hudak, Maci Mueller, Bailey Rossignol, Maddie Whitford, and Amelia Reese.

The Attack Player of the Year was Chelseas Korzaneski from Mynderse-Romulus. The Defender Player of the Year was Taryn Goodness from Pal-Mac. The Midfield Player of the Year was Maci Muller from Waterloo who was also named Finger Lakes Player of the Year. The Head Coach of the Year was E.J. Burse (Pal-Mac).

The USA Lacrosse All-Americans were Molly Guzik (Spencerport), Hanna Davis (Canandaigua), Devin Livingston (Victor), Ella Peers (Fairport) and  Reagan Diehl (Pal-Mac. The All-Academics were Lucy Lederman (Brighton), Angelia Oechsle (Rush-Henrietta), Katie Mallaber (Fairport), and Allie Chimenti ((Wayne).

Monroe County The Monroe County League first team D-1 awards to Katie Mallaber, Madison Van Gorder, Lilly Mattucci, Jenna Capozzi, Peyton Rothfuss, Cecily Kaul, Dani Mooney, Angelia Oechsle, Catrina Rowe, Danielle Garrett, Kate Dewald, Abby Murphy, Allie Pisano, Julia Bruno, Maia Pronti, Ryann Savage, Lucy Ruller, and Mia Estelle.

The D-1 Defensive Player of The Year was Devin Livingston (Victor). The D-1 Offensive Player of The Year was Ella Peers (Fairport) and the Coach of the Year was Dave York (Penfield).

The Monroe County League awarded first team D-2 awards to Zoe Baase, Caroline Lyttle, Hanna Davis, Leah Sheridan, Nola Weaver, Campbell Hewlett, Paige Kidd, Shaye Angelo, Ali Baumgartner, Ella Brennan, Emma Francis, Alyssa Nichols, Brooke Endres, and Molly Meyer.

The D-2 Defensive Player of The Year was Rose Heagney (Canandaigua). The D-2 Offensive Player of The Year was Molly Guzik (Spencerport) and the Coach of the Year was Kevin O`Connell (HFL) who was also selected as the Monroe County Coach of the Year.

The Independent teams also selected awards in 2024. First teams awards went to Mia Lusardi, Krista Harnischfeger, Elinor Meyer, Marina Reddington, Emma Kravetz, Savannah Hinchcliffe, Brynn Henry, Kessa Sangasy, Ada Krupa, Jill Willis, Erica Savage, and Mara Misiurewicz. The Independent Player of the Year was Mia Quagrello (Mercy).

# 683  Canandaigua Over Fairport
HONEOYE FALLS-LIMA-4 at PITTSFORD-11 - The first half was close with the Panthers leading 4-3 at the break, but they opened it up in the second half outscoring the Cougars 7-1. Paige Kidd scored all four goals and Camryn Trybuskiewicz had three assists for HFL. There was no report from Pittsford at post-time. CANANDAIGUA-9 at FAIRPORT-7 -  Canandaigua remained undefeated at 12-0 with their win tonight. Fairport saw scoring from Sophomore attacker Camryn DuBose (3g) who reached her 50th career goal in the game. Ella Peers (1g-1a), Brenna Goss (2g), and Katie Mallaber (1g) added to the scoring for the Red Raiders. Fairport goalie Marisa Test had 5s/4ga = 56% (24 mins). Mercy at AquinasGANANDA-MARION-6 at GATES CHILI-3 - Freshman defender Joselyn Marshall (Gananda-Marion) scored her first Varsity goal for the Blue Panthers and Colleen Ginsberg led the scoring with four goals. Senior goalie Maria Melnik recorded 4s/2ga = 67% (48 mins). There was no report from Gates Chili at post-time.         [ BOX SCORE

MYNDERSE-ROMULUS-10 at JORDAN-ELBRIDGE-11 - Chelsea Korzeniewski (4g-2a) reached her 100th career assist for the Blue Devils. Junior midfielder Myah Herron added (4g-2a) and Junior offensive player Amelia Reese (2g-1a) added to the offensive tally. Jordan-Elbridge saw points from Kelsey Brunelle (4g-2a), Makayla Penird (1g), Zoie Karcz (2g), Briella Gilfus (1g-1a), Evelyn Bennett (1g), Charlotte Hsiao (2g), Brenna Tubbert (1a) and in the goal, Ryleigh Gill was credit with 31s/10ga.        [ BOX SCORE

Mercy at AquinasWATERLOO-2 at PENN YAN-16 - Nine different players scored goals for Penn Yan including Corinne Barden (2g-3a), Miley Andersen (1g-2a), and Bailey Cooper (3g-1a). Penn Yan Junior goalie Marion Wheeler had 2s/1ga = 67% (24 mins), and Freshman Megan Wheeler recorded 2s/1ga = 67% (24 mins). Sophomore midfielder Maci Mueller (1g-1a), and Senior attacker Lainie Forde (1g-0a) scored for Waterloo (6-4) who will host Wayne on Monday.       [ BOX SCORE

IRONDEQUOIT-6 at RUSH-HENRIETTA-14 -The Royal Comets (9-2) extended their winning streak to five as Senior goalie Angelia Oechsle reached her 300th save. Danielle Garrett (4g-2a), Kate DeWald (3g-1a), Catrina Rowe (2g-2a), and Riley Brown (2g-1a) were top scores for R-H. Senior midfielder Alison Baumgartner (2g) reached her 50th career goal while Ella Brennan (2g), Freshman Ellie Bottiglier (1a), and 8th grade offensive player Lucy Whipple (1g) added to the Eagle tally.
