There were six games played tonight and all but one was a decisive win. In semifinal games HF-L won their ticket for the finals and Geneva won their spot as well.

As we approach a week out from the State Finals, we have determined that we cannot wait any longer. Tonight, we posted all the information that we have received and will update the missing data when it is provided. Final Day of the Regular Season
The final three games were played with Thomas over Hilton 10-7 coming as the closest contest. The other two scores were Livonia over Gates Chili 16-2 and Eastridge over Gananda 11-5.

Eastridge scored the last seven goals of the game to defeat Livonia 10-9 in the first overtime period. The Lancers trailed 9-3 with 19:47 remaining in regulation before slowly coming back into the game in the final twenty minutes. The Bulldogs controlled the early part of the game both in score and in the pace of the contest before the Lancers started their scoring streak.

There were five more games tonight in the 2nd day of break week. Mercy's 14-13 overtime win vs. Victor was the closest match-up of the night. Also, Pittsford defeated HFL 9-8 and Eastridge defeated Wayne 7-6 in a single goal games. Additional scores were Suffern over Irondequoit 11-8 and Fairport over Hilton 16-10.

R-H defeated Canandaigua (12-11) in the 2nd overtime period and Schroeder defeated HFL (11-10) in their second overtime period. The score for Thomas vs. Hilton is still pending. Remaining scores included Eastridge over Gates Chili 17-3, Fairport over Churchville-Chili 19-2 and Pittsford over Victor 16-4. Spencerport defeated Notre Dame Academy (MA) 11-10.

The Monroe County League has released their 2018 All League awards. In total there were 53 1st Team picks and 51 2nd Team picks. In addition, each of the three divisions had a Player of the Year and Coach of the Year awards.

Eastridge scored the last three goals of the game to defeat Wayne 5-4 in their season opener. The Lancers trailed for most of the first half before tying the game with 4:15 left in the first half. They continued their streak in the second half with the only goal. In total, Eastridge held the Eagles scoreless for just short of 40 minutes.
