Ellie Miller had a game-high six goals to lead Fairport. Camryn DuBose had three goals and three assists. Brenna Goss (2g/3a) recorded the 100th point of her career. Aubrey Caruso (2g/1a), Mya Christian (1g/1a), Camryn Hauber (1g/2a), and Brinn Castrechini (2g) rounded out the scoring for Fairport. Marisa Test made seven saves, including the 300th of her career.
