2017-04-13 — Emily Thompson finished with four goals in Marcus Whitman's 15-6 win over Greece Athena/Odyssey.  The Wildcats scored 10 of the first 11 goals and increased their record to 3-2.

Thompson scored the first two Wildcat goals of the game with an unassisted fast break goal only 0:17 into the contest.  Just over 1 minute later, the Thunder got on the board with Leanza Gibaud feeding Emily Benham inside the arc.  Thompson's second goal was another unassisted fast break goal only 0:15 seconds after Benham's.  Abbie Alvord scored the next two goals for Marcus Whitman with a drive from behind the cage and off an inside feed from Cameron James.  The Wildcats kept up the pressure and led 11-2 at the half.
