The US Lacrosse Greater Rochester Hall of Fame Class of 2017 has been announced. Joining the Hall on November 3rd will be Hilary Bowen and the Brighton 2005 Team among others:

• Hilary Bowen: Brighton and Northwestern University All-American playing with the Philadelphia Force.
• Patrick Dutton: Webster and Cornell All-American midfielder who has played for the New Jersey Pride and Rochester Rattlers.
• Carlton Ferris: Geneva and Hobart All-American in 1936 and 1937. He was a member of the two North All-Star teams and played on the American team against Canada in 1936 and against England in 1937. He was instrumental in re-starting the high school program at Geneva and was also a lacrosse official.
• Tim Pease: Irondequoit, FLCC and St. Leo midfielder with a long history of club play. He has been a key figure in the Irondequoit youth program.
• Don Wright: Irondequoit player and long-time Assistant Coach who was named Assistant Coach of the Year in 2004 and assisted John Prat for twenty-eight years.
• The 2005 Brighton Girl's team: New York State Class B Champions.

This is the fifteenth class for the Rochester Hall which has already inducted ninety-two members.
