Brighton Wins By One Goals vs Irondequoit

There were five games played today and most were some mismatches but there was one very close one.

MYNDERSE-ROMULUS 16 - MARCUS WHITMAN 7 -The Blue Devils took a 13-3 lead into the half-time break on their way to a 17-7 win at FLCC the afternoon. Five different players each scored two goals. Kelly Kohberger had 3g-2a and Mackenzie Higby had 2g-3a for the Blue Devils. Senior goaltender Bridget Mapstone recorded 8s (57%). Leading the scoring for the Wildcats was Helen Snyder with 3g.   [BOXSCORE]

NEWARK-MIDLAKES 17 - GANADA 4 -There were no reports by either team at post time. Stats, when they are available will be found here.

RUSH-HENRIETTA 18 - HILTON 3 - The Royal Comets took a 13-1 halftime to an 18-3 win at home. Eleven different players made the offensive book. Leading the list were Ally Garrett (4g-3a) and Kate DeWald (3g-1a). Sophomore goalie Angelia Oechsle had 4s (80%) in here half of the game. Daniellie Mojsej and Fiona French combined for the scoring for the Cadets.  [BOXSCORE]

PAL-MAC 13 - LIVONIA-AVON 3 - The Red Raiders outscored the Lakers 8-2 in the first half on their way to a 13-3 win at Gananda. Junior goalie Faith Beals recorded 7s (70%) for the winners who were led in scoring by Reagan Diehl with 4g and Molly Seither with 1g-3a. Kylie Buckley had two goals for Livonia-Avon and goalie Mia Martucio made 14s (52%).  [BOXSCORE]

BRIGHTON 8 - IRONDEQUOIT 7 - Six different players made the offensive book for Brighton as they beat visiting Irondequoit tonight. Junior attacker Elise Murphy had 2g-1a to lead the Bruins who will play Mercy on Saturday. There was no report from Irondequoit at post time.  [BOXSCORE]
