There were five games played today. The closets was Mercy`s 12-10 win over Spencerport. Victor finished their spring trip east 2-1 and will play Irondequoit after  week off.

MERCY 12 - SPENCERPORT  10 - Mercy edged Spencerport, 12-10.  It was Mercy’s third straight victory. Madeleine Fitzgerald (3g/1a) and Mia Lusardi (2g/2a) led the scoring for the Monarchs.  Olivia Morey had six saves.  Mercy visits Penfield to play the Patriots next Tuesday.  For the Rangers, Livia Fedele had five goals and one assist.  Ruby DePalma added three goals. SKANEATELES 13 - VICTOR  7 - In non-league action, Victor defeated visiting Skaneateles, 13-7.  Eva Pronti had a monster game for the Blue Devils, tallying four goals and seven assists.  Devin Livingston (3g/2a) and Amber DeRosa (2g) also contributed to Victor’s balanced scoring attack.  Victor is 6-1.   [BOXSCORE]

FAIRPORT 12 - IRONDEQUOIT 6 - Fairport bounced back from consecutive overtime losses with a convincing 12-6 win at Irondequoit.  Ninth-graders Lily Kondas and Ella Peers each had four goals and one assist for the Red Raiders, while standout goalie Jaelyne Twomey recorded eight saves.  Fairport improves to 4-3.  There were no statistics reported from Irondequoit at post time.    [BOXSCORE]

CANANDAIGUA 13 - LONGMEADOW  6 - The Braves of Canandaigua continued their winning ways with a 13-6 non-league decision over Longmeadow.  Canandaigua built an 11-1 halftime lead and coasted to victory.  Hanna Davis (4g/3a) led the scoring for the Braves.  Abbey Herod had 10 draw controls in addition to three goals and two assists.  Liv Schorr and Lily Shaw each contributed two goals.  Canandaigua, which remains undefeated on the season, takes on Pittsford next Tuesday.    [BOXSCORE]

GATES CHILI 4 - BROCKPORT  17 - Brockport picked up its third victory of the season, defeating Gates Chili by a score of 17-4.  Brockport is off next week.  Gates Chili travels to Eastridge for a game against the Lancers next Wednesday.
