Monday - Brighton over R-H 5-4

The closest game of the day was Brighton`s 5-4 win over Rush-Henrietta. Wayne beat the Lakers 10-7 and Mynderse-Romulus was a 12-9 winner over Bishop Kearney.

GATES CHILI 9 - EASTRIDGE 20  -  Eastridge powered its way to a 20-9 victory over Gates Chili.  Nicole Hetzer (7g/3a), Ada Krupa (3g/9a), and Skye Gaudio (5g/1a) all had huge offensive games for the Lancers.  Ada Krupa also collected an incredible 17 draw controls.  On Wednesday, Eastridge visits Irondequoit, and the Spartans travel to Wayne.  There were no statistics reported from Gates Chili at post time.       [BOXSCORE]

AQUINAS 19 - GREECE STORM 8  -  Aquinas defended their home turf by soundly defeating Greece Storm 19-8.  Sienna Hinchcliffe exploded for 6 goals and 2 assists, while Giana Leonardi (4g-3a) also posted an impressive 7 point performance.  Mackena Brown (3g-2a) and Savannah Hinchcliffe (3g) also posted Hat Tricks for the Lil’ Irish.  Alison Dioguardi led Greece with 4 goals, while Mackenzie Gibaud distributed 5 assists.  Erica Savage (2g-2a) also scored 4 points for Greece.       [BOXSCORE]

HONEOYE FALLS-LIMA 6 - IRONDEQUOIT 16  - Irondequoit (8-7) continued its recent strong play with a 16-6 win over Honeoye Falls-Lima.  The Eagles have won five of their last six games, with the only blemish in that stretch being a one-goal loss to Canandaigua.  Irondequoit’s season finale is Wednesday against Eastridge.  The Cougars also conclude regular season play on Wednesday when they face Brighton.  There were no statistics reported from either team at post time.        [BOXSCORE]

SPENCERPORT 6 - CANANDAIGUA 16  - Canandaigua traveled to Spencerport tonight to defeat the Rangers 16-6.  Liv Schorr (5g-1a) and Abbey Herod (3g-3a) each scored 6 points for the Braves, and Abbey Herod also added 13 Draw Controls and 3 GB’s.  Nola Weaver, Koehler Nieman and Lily Shaw each scored 2 goals as well, and  Goalie Meckenzie Taft made 5 saves between the pipes.  Molly Guzik lead Spencerport with 2 goals and 1 assist, while Brooke Endres (2g), Ruby DePalma (2a), Isabella Buono (1g-1a) and Livia Fedele (1g-1a) all posted 2 post games, and Kayla Ferrigno made 7 saves.        [BOXSCORE]

MYNDERSE-ROMULUS 12 - BISHOP KEARNEY 9  - Mynderse-Romulus broke open a tight game in the second half and defeated Bishop Kearney, 12-9.  Leading scorers for the Mynderse-Romulus were Kelly Kohberger (5g/1a) and Amelia Reese (3g).  The Blue Devils complete their regular season Wednesday when they host Gananda-Marion.  Bishop Kearney, which lost for the first time after three consecutive wins, hosts Newark-Midlakes on Tuesday.  There were no statistics reported from Bishop Kearney at post time.        [BOXSCORE]

BROCKPORT 1 - THOMAS 17  -  Thomas walked all over  Brockport 17-1 at Brockport this evening.  Alexa Strelick went off for 5 goals and 4 assists in the game to lead all scorers, and Kolbi Spencer (2g-1a), Gwen Newtown (3g) and Addison Schaeffer (2g-1a) added 3 points for Thomas.  Maggie Childs saved 5 shots, while only allowing 1 goal all game.       [BOXSCORE]

WAYNE 10 - LIVONIA-AVON 7  -  Playing at home, Wayne beat Livonia-Avon 10-7.  Wayne benefited from strong offensive performances from Riley Simpson (3g-1a), Samantha Branner (2g), and Marley Hewitt (2g-1a).  Mimi Ugalde was crucial to Wayne’s victory, making 10 saves.       [BOXSCORE]

CHURCHVILLE-CHILI 2 - PENFIELD 12  -  Penfield easily handled Churchville Chili tonight by a score of 12-2.  No book was submitted for either team at time of post.       [BOXSCORE]

RUSH-HENRIETTA 4 - BRIGHTON 5  - Brighton (10-5) earned a split of its season series with Rush-Henrietta, defeating the Royal Comets by a score of 5-4.  Angelia Oechsle had 11 saves for Rush-Henrietta, which finished its regular season at 13-3.  Brighton hosts Honeoye Falls-Lima on Wednesday.  There were no statistics reported from Brighton at post time.        [BOXSCORE]
