Monday in Final Week

With the final week of the season upon us there were 11 games played tonight (with one being moved to tomorrow).  That leaves us with only 17 games left in the regular season.  Seeding is becoming much more solid (see seeding page HERE); however, it is always important to remember that every game matters and seeding can change up until the last game is played.  Many games tonight were one sided, but two came down to a single goal.  HFL defeated Pal-Mac 9-8 and Churchville-Chili defeated Greece Storm 7-6.

RH defeated Schroeder 18-7 after leading 14-3 at the half.  The Warriors were led in scoring with three different players finishing with 2 points each: Haley Bolton (2g), Abby Moon (2g), Annie Mulhall (1g-1a).  Moon also led in draw controls with 4.  Additional stats are HERE.

Penn Yan scored 10 unanswered goals in the second half to defeat Wayne 17-5.  The Mustangs were led in scoring by Hayley Anderson with 6g-2a.  Sydney Hulse added another 5g-1a to the total count.  Jammie Decker led in draw controls with 7 and Brady Logan recorded 2 caused turnovers.  Additional stats are HERE.

Newark-Midlakes defeated Geneva 12-6.  For Geneva, Emma Bossard (2g) and Lauren DeVaney (1g-1a) led in scoring.  DeVaney also recorded 6 draw controls.  Additional stats are HERE.

HFL held off a small lead to defeat Pal-Mac 9-8.  The Cougars led 6-5 at the half with each team adding 3 in the second half.  For Pal-Mac.  Jamie Walker led with 4g-3a.  Andra Savage added another 3g-1a.  The final goal was scored by Alea Javorowsky.  Emma Arnold led in draw controls with 4.  Additional stats are HERE.

Brighton defeated Thomas 12-4.  The Titans were led by Molly McCabe (1g-2a), who was a part of 3 out of 4 Thomas goals.  She also finished with 2 draw controls.  Isabelle Robare led with 3.  For Brighton, Katie Lederman (4g-1a) led in scoring with Susan Lafountain (3g-1a) and Rae Starzdins (2g-1a) adding on.  Lederman also led in draws with 6.  Additional stats are HERE.

Mynderse-Romulus led both quarters by one in their 9-7 win over Marcus Whitman.  Sydney Sandroni led in scoring with 4g for the Blue Devils.  Additional stats are HERE.

Churchville-Chili held off the late press from Greece Storm to defeat them 7-6.  The Saints led 6-2 at the half, before the Storm outscored them 4-1 in the second half.  Leading in scoring for the Storm was Kelsey Nugent with 1g-2a.  She also led in draws with 3 and caused turnovers with 3.  Arigelina Soeffing also recorded 3 caused turnovers.  Additional stats are HERE.

Corning defeated Victor 9-7.  When updated, additional information will be HERE.

Eastridge defeated Gates Chili 17-3.  When updated, additional information will be HERE.

Canandaigua defeated Fairport 12-5.  When updated, additional information will be HERE.
