Friday Night is a Mix of Close and One Sided

In a mix of close and one sided matches, there were three games within two points:  Fairport defeated Brighton 12-11 in overtime, Hilton defeated Brockport 13-12 and Irondequoit defeated Schroeder 9-7.  The game in the midrange included Marcus Whitman over Midlakes 15-10 and Aquinas over Geneva 14-8.  One sided matchups were Pittsford over Canandaigua 14-3, Pal-Mac over Wayne 14-6 and Spencerport over Eastridge 23-3.

Junior Sydney Meagher scored her 7th goal of the season in overtime to give the Red Raiders the 12-11 win over Brighton.  The full story is HERE.

Marcus Whitman was led in scoring by Emily Thompson (6g-2a).  The Screaming Eagles were led by Claire DeBoover with 5g-1a.  Additional stats are HERE.

Although the game was tied at 2-2, the Little Irish never trailed in their win over Geneva.  The Panthers were led in scoring by Alicia Reuscher (4g) and Ali Turner (3g-2a).  Additional stats are HERE.

All three goals for the Braves were scored by different girls with Peyton Smith, Baylee Ojeda and Hanna Bussey scoring one goal each.  Additional stats are HERE.

Erin Coykendall (4g-6a) continued leading Spencerport.  She moves here season totals to 46g-41a.  Between the pipes, Olivia Schroeder (4 saves) and Jenna Coffey (1 saves) split halves.  Additional stats are HERE.
