The 2015 All Greater Rochester list was published at the end of the season and Webster Thomas senior Emily Resnick was named the 2015 Player of the Year by the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle.  All told, sixteen players were noted on the list.  Leading the charge were players from Churchville Chili, Victor, Pittsford and Irondequoit with two players each.

Of the 16 players named to the list, nine were named All-American (three Academic All-Americans).  The list contained nine seniors who are all continuing to play in college, two juniors and five sophomores.
