Friday Matchups

Six games were played today.  The closest matchup with HFL over Fairport 10-6.  Additional games included Arc/Oly over Ath/Ody 14-3, Brockport over Livonia 17-10, Pal-Mac over ER 16-2, Spencerport over Hilton 12-6.  Gates Chili vs. Eastridge has not been reported yet.

HFL defeated Fairport 10-6.  The Cougars were led in scoring by Caitlin Muir with 4g-2a.  She also finished with 5 draw controls.  Payton Reed recorded 3 draw controls and 3 groundballs.  For Fairport, Hannah Marafioti (2g-1a) led in scoring.  Brittany Pollack finished with 3 draw controls.  Additional stats are HERE.

Olympia/Arcadia defeated Athena/Odyssey in the Storm Game.  Over the last ten years, Lightning has won the contest 20 times and Thunder has won twice.  Leading in scoring for the Lightning was Madison Corcoran with 2g-6a.  Jazmine Darling led in draw controls with 5 and Kaylee O'Dell led in ground balls with 3.  Additional stats are HERE.

Pal-Mac defeated East Rochester 16-2.  For the Bombers, Sarah Griffith and Madilynn Walsh each scored one goal.  For the Red Raiders, Anna Leva (3g-3a) and Andra Savage (4g-2a) led in scoring.  Emma Arnold led in draw controls with 7.  Additional stats are HERE.

Spencerport scored the first goal of the game and never trailed in their 12-6 win over Hilton.  Erin Coykendall led in scoring with 5g-3a.  Catherine Wall (1), Kiarai Rufus (1), Natalie Choate (1) and Coykendall (4) recorded caused turnovers for the Rangers.  Additional stats are HERE.

Brockport defeated Livonia 17-10.  Liz Schultheis led with 6 draw controls.  Leah Daly recorded 4 draw controls, 5 groundballs and 3 takes.  Offensively, Tori Lammes recorded 3g-3a to lead.  Additional stats are HERE.
