Big Night of Games on Monday

There were 13 games to start out the week.  Fairport defeated Penfield 11-10 and Waterloo defeated Aquinas 13-12 in the closest games of the night.  Additional games included, Brighton over Churchville-Chili 7-2, Thomas over Pal-Mac 13-10, Midlakes over Gananda 9-5, Penn Yan over East Rochester 18-5, Victor over Hilton 13-3, Mynderse over Eastridge 20-8, Spencerport over Livonia 22-5, CBA over HFL 17-11, Arc/Oly over Gates Chili 19-4, Canandaigua over Geneva 16-4 and Brockport over Ath/Ody 14-7.

Brighton's Kathryn Smolensky led in scoring with 4g for the Baron's 7-2 win over Churchville-Chili.  Piper Davis recorded 2 draw controls.  Additional stats are HERE.

Fairport defeated Penfield 11-10 after the score was tied 5-5 at the half.  The Red Raiders were led in scoring by Sarah Falk with 4g.  She also led in draw controls with 4.  Additional stats are HERE.

Midlakes defeated Gananda 9-5 after leading 6-2 at the half.  Claire DeBoover (1g-2a) and Alaina Forbes (3g) to lead the Screaming Eagles.  Forbes and Jordan Naeye each recorded 3 draw controls.  Additional stats are HERE.

Waterloo defeated Aquinas 13-12 in overtime.  The Indians were led in scoring by Logan Castiglione with 3g-5a.  Amaya Soto recorded 3g-1a.  Sam Barnhart and Aubrey O'Brien each recorded 7 draw controls.  Additional stats are HERE.

Spencerport scored the first 7 goals in their 22-5 win over Livonia.  Erin Coykendall recorded 5g-4a to lead her team.  During the last contest vs. Lake Shore, she broke the 400 career point mark.  Emily Coykendall finished with 7g-1a.  Erin also recorded 8 draw controls.  Additional stats are HERE.

Oly/Arc defeated Gates-Chili 19-4.  The Lightning were led by Madison Corcoran with 5g-6a.  Alyssa Ballou finished with 3 draw controls.  Additional stats are HERE.

Canandaigua scored the first 4 goals on their way to a 16-4 win over Geneva.  The Braves were led in scoring by Natalie Gwynn with 3g-3a.  Additional stats are HERE.

Brockport led 9-3 at the half.  The Blue Devils defeated Ath/Ody 14-7.  Leading for Brockport was Tori Lammes with 8g-1a.  Leah Daly recorded a team leading 13 draw controls.  She also finished with 8 ground balls.  For Ath/Ody, Machealla Martin led with 4g.  Additional stats are HERE.

Victor defeated Hilton 13-3.  Payton Cook was a part of all three goals with 2g-1a.  Haley Mojsej recorded 2 draw controls.  Additional stats are HERE.

Penn Yan defeated East Rochester 18-5.  The bombers were led in scoring by Madilynn Walsh (4g).  Additional stats are HERE.
