Five of the eight games that were initially scheduled today were cancelled/postponed due to weather concerns.  In the closest of the three that were played, Gananda defeated Eastridge 7-6.  Rounding out the day, Mynderse-Romulus defeated Elmira Free Academy 11-9 and Marcus Whitman defeated Wayne 15-6.

Marcus Whitman defeated Wayne 15-6 this morning.  Madison Malbone and Kira McBride each finished with 2g to lead the Eagles.  Additional stats are HERE.

Mynderse-Romulus defeated Elmira Free Academy 11-9 after trailing 3-5 at halftime.  The Blue Devils were led in scoring by Caitlyn Korzeniewski with 2g-3a.  Additional stats are HERE.

Gananda over Eastridge 7-6 was a game of streaks with Gananda scoring six of their seven goals in one long stretch.  The Blue Panthers held the Lancers scorelss for nearly 20 minutes through the end of the first half and the beginning of the second.  The Lancers tied the game at 6-6 with 5:26 remaining.  With less than a minute on the clock, Jenna Ginsberg scored her sixth goal of the game to give the Blue Panthers the win.  The seventh goal was scored by Peyton Daeffler.  Additional stats are HERE.
