There were ten games played tonight. Pittsford remained undefeated at 14-0 with their 8-7 overtime win over Rush-Henrietta in the closest game of the night. Also tonight, in a non-overtime single goal game, Wayne defeated Eastridge 6-5. Additional scores include, Victor over Greece Storm 16-6, Mynderse-Romulus over Newark-Midlakes 8-5, Marcus Whitman over Livonia 10-5, Aquinas over Geneva 16-7, Schroeder over Gates Chili 14-4, Penfield over Spencerport 11-7, Fairport over Thomas 12-6 and Brighton over Hilton 19-5.
In the closest match-up, Pittsford's Ellie Mooney scored the game winning goal in overtime to give the Panthers the 8-7 win over Rush-Henrietta. RH started the game off strong and led 5-1 at halftime before Pittsford scored 7 of the last 9 goals. The Royal Comets held the lead for all of regulation and it wasn't until overtime that the Panthers took their first lead of the game. RH was led in scoring by Gabby Garrett with 2g-1a.
