Irondequoit Secures Victory Over Pal-Mac

Irondequoit claimed a 13-7 win in a non-league matchup against Pal-Mac today. The teams played a tight first half, and were tied at halftime. The Eagles, however, outscored the Red Raiders 9-3 in the second half to earn the victory.

Revlie Genier led Irondequoit with four goals and an assist, while Lucy Whipple contributed three goals and Grace Bottiglier chipped in two more. Shannon Seymour, Rylee Conlon, Lila Velepec, and Ellie Bottiglier scored one goal apiece for the Eagles; for Rylee Conlon, a ninth-grader, it was her first varsity goal. Irondequoit goalies Emma Francis and Mia Conine combined for five saves.

Teagan Hudak led the Red Raiders with two goals and one assist. Baylee Vilord also scored twice for Pal-Mac. Goalie Tessa Camelo finished the game with 10 saves.

Irondequoit extends its winning streak over Pal-Mac to seven games, and remains undefeated against the Red Raiders since 2015. Irondequoit will next face Thomas on April 8, while Pal-Mac prepares to take on Mynderse-Romulus on April 9.     [ BOX SCORE
