Pal-Mac Over Newark-Midlakes
Pal-Mac defeated Newark-Midlakes by a score of 17-1 in a Finger Lakes matchup. The Red Raiders extended their current winning streak to six games and have now defeated the Screaming Eagles seven consecutive times since 2018.
Nine players scored for Pal-Mac (9-3), including Anabelle Grant (4g), Brinn Castrechini (3g/4a), and Teagan Hudak (3g/1a). Lily Boesel reached a career milestone with her 100th draw control.'
For Newark-Midlakes (2-10), its lone goal came from Jamie Lawson. Zoey Overslaugh won six draw controls, including the 100th of her varsity career. Maggie Lynch and Daniela Orozco-Aguilar combined for five saves.
Next up for the Red Raiders is a contest against Williamsville South (section VI) on Saturday. The Screaming Eagles will look to bounce back when they face Wayne on Monday. [ Story and BOX SCORE]
