DAY IN REVIEW: FRIDAY - The Royal Comets (4-0) needed overtime to squeeze by the Bruins in their overtime win. Other winners were Mynderse-Romulus, Irondequoit, and Spencerport.

THOMAS-7 at IRONDEQUOIT-12 - Irondequoit (3-2) prevailed in this class B matchup.  The Eagles were led by Maeve Brennan and Abby Fink, who had three goals apiece, Ella Brennan, who secured four draw controls, and Emma Francis, who had seven saves.  There were no statistics reported from Thomas (2-3) at post time.  Irondequoit hosts CNS (III) on Saturday, The Titans travel to Fairport on Monday to face the Red Raiders. SPENCERPORT-17 at EASTRIDGE-2 -  Spencerport opened up a 10-1 halftime lead on the way to its second victory of the season.  Molly Guzik had a dominant all-around game for the Rangers, with six goals, two assists, two ground balls, seven draw controls, and four caused turnovers.  Brooke Endres, Sophia Marron, and Alyssa Nichols each chipped in two goals.   There were no statistics reported from Eastridge at post time.   [ BOX SCORE] - - More images are available in the Gallery

RUSH-HENRIETTA-11 at BRIGHTON-10 - The Royal Comets (4-0) needed overtime to squeeze by the Bruins.  Rush-Henrietta used a balanced attack, featuring Avery Roberts (2g/1a), Ashlyn Roberts (3a), Catrina Rowe (2g/1a), Kate DeWald (2g), Danielle Garrett (4g), and Lena Cox (1g).  Lucy Lederman and Elise Murphy each had three goals for Brighton.  For the Bruins, it was their first loss after opening the season with two straight wins.   [ BOX SCORE]

LIVONIA-AVON-9 at MYNDERSE-ROMULUS-17 - Mynderse-Romulus (4-0) continued its unbeaten season, boosted by stellar goaltending from Maria Del Carmen (9s).  Haley Mosch (6g/2a/7dc), Chelsea Korzeniewski (3g/5a), and Kelly Kohberger (3g/2a) led the scoring, while Haley Mosch and Myah Herron (6dc) helped the Blue Devils control the draw circle. There were no statistics reported from Livonia-Avon at post time.  Mynderse-Romulus has a non-league game Monday against Jordan-Elbridge (III).  The Bulldogs look for their first victory of the season when they visit Wayne on Monday.    [ BOX SCORE]
