South Jefferson Takes Close One
South Jefferson (section III) edged Victor 14-12 in a non-league match on Saturday afternoon. South Jefferson scored three consecutive fourth-quarter goals to break an 11-11 tie. The game marked the third meeting between the two teams since 2023, with Victor holding a 2-1 edge in the series history.
The Blue Devils were led by McKenna Anderson and Allie Pisano, each of whom scored three goals. Julia Bruno added two goals, while Camryn Adrid, Carlina DiFondi, Lila Kubrich, and Morgan Livingston each chipped in one. Morgan Livingston also had three assists. Mia Finocchario recorded eight saves.
