DAY IN REVIEW: FRIDAY - Friday's slate of games featured three teams who gained their first victories of the season: Schroeder earned a 18-8 victory over Aquinas-WOIS, Hilton defeated Churchville-Chili 16-9, and Eastridge/BK scored a decisive 17-2 victory over Brockport. In more closely contested games, Penn Yan edged Irondequoit 11-10 in overtime, and Spencerport triumphed over Pal-Mac by a score of 16-13. Elsewhere, Waterloo had a commanding 19-7 win over Mynderse-Romulus, Penfield overcame Canandaigua 12-4, Livonia-Avon-Geneseo bested Newark-Midlakes 16-4, Wayne defeated Marcus Whitman 15-6, and CNS outscored Brighton 17-4.
