Screaming Eagles, Panthers headline a busy Monday

DAY IN REVIEW: MONDAY - There were four games on the slate today, and the Newark-Midlakes/Aquinas matchup was far and away the most action-packed with a combined 26 goals between the two teams, and individual efforts from Zoey Overslaugh and Brynn Henry that would headline any day. The other three games were all lopsided, including CNS over Brighton, Gates Chili winning its opener, and  Pittsford looking like a team to beat in its win over CBA.

GATES CHILI-14 at GANANDA-MARION-1 - Gates Chili opened its season with a decisive win. Ella Michaels provided the only scoring for Gananda-Marion.     [Story and BOX SCORE] 

AQUINAS-12 at NEWARK-MIDLAKES-14 - Zoey Overslaugh had five goals and two assists to pace the Screaming Eagles' attack. Brynn Henry (7g/2a) and Alexandria Stacy (2g/1a) led the scoring for the LIttle Irish.    [Story and BOX SCORE]
