MARCUS WHITMAN-1 at PENN YAN-19 - Penn Yan advanced to the Section V final with a 19-1 semifinal win over Marcus Whitman on Tuesday, extending its winning streak to seven and improving to 16-1. Senior Bailey Cooper led the way with six goals and an assist, and junior Miley Andersen added one goal and three assists while reaching the 100-point milestone for her career. Twelve different players scored for the Mustangs, with both goalies posting strong performances in net.

For Marcus Whitman, freshman Cerra Stape scored the team's lone goal and Lesli Curtis added the assist.
