FAIRPORT-6 at PENFIELD-9 - The top-seeded Patriots defeated a stubborn Fairport squad to repeat as class A sectional champions. There were no statistics reported from Penfield (15–3) at post time.

Eighth-grader Mya Christian led the scoring for No. 2 Fairport with three goals. Brenna Goss assisted on two goals. Brinn Castrechini collected eight draw controls. The Red Raiders complete their season with a record of 11-7.
