Penfield Earns Victory Over Pittsford
Penfield put together a strong performance at home, earning a 9-3 win over Pittsford in their Monroe County matchup on Monday. The Patriots set the tone early with four first-quarter goals and held a commanding lead throughout. Leading the attack for Penfield was Peyton Rothfuss with four goals, while Jenna Capozzi contributed two goals and three assists. Additional scoring for Penfield came from Whitney Reynolds (1g/1a), Avery Fordham (1g/1a), Olivia Lanning (1g), and Emma Alexander (1a).
