Hilton edged Thomas 12-11 in a back-and-forth Monroe County game on Wednesday night. Thomas rallied from a seven-goal halftime deficit but was unable to pull out the win. It was the Cadets' first-ever victory over the Titans.

Leading the attack for Hilton were Ryleigh Lent (5g) and Charley Barlette (3g). Maia Streb and Lilly Mattucci each tallied one goal and two assists. Jayleigh Esposito and Iviana Asis each added a goal as well. Juliana Turner recorded 10 saves in the win, including the 200th of her varsity career.

For Thomas, Harper Blakley and Molly Slack had three goals apiece, and Carly Fitch added two more. Olivia Bottoni, Brynn Becker, and Sadie Eisenhart accounted for the remainder of the Titans' scoring.

Both teams return to play on Saturday, with the Cadets hosting Eastridge/BK and the Titans taking on Penn Yan.   [ Story and BOX SCORE]
