# 1056  2025 All League Awards and More

[UPDATED] The annual All-League Awards have been posted and are available on the player pages as well as the awards page.

The Finger Lakes League awarded first team awards to Jenna Santelli, Brinn Castrechini, 
Lily Boesel, Baylee Vilord, Kinsley Bree, Bailey Rossignol, Meghan Forbes, Maddie Askin, Makenna Harris, Laurne Twist, Sam Branner, Maddie Whitford, Lily Rowe, Chelsea Korzeniewski, Zoey Overslaugh.

 The Finger Lakes Player of the Year was Maci Muller from Waterloo. The Co-Attack Players of the Year were Isabella Veltre from Wayne and Myah Herron from Mynderse-Romulus. The Defender Player of the Year was Taryn Goodness from Pal-Mac. The Midfield Player of the Year was Teagan Hudak from Pal-Mac. The Head Coach of the Year was, once again, E.J. Burse (Pal-Mac).Finger Lakes

The USA Lacrosse All-Americans were Bailey Cooper (Penn Yan), Maci Mueller (Waterloo), Ella Peers (Fairport), Ireland Mistretta (Brighton) and  Peyton Rothfuss (Penfield). The All-Academics were Kate DeWald (Rush-Henrietta), Emma Francis (Irondequoit), Lauren Garringer (Pittsford), and Brin Gotham (Victor).

Monroe County The Monroe County League first team D-1 awards to Camryn DuBose (Fairport), Ellie Miller (Fairport), Madison Van Gorder (Fairport), Lilly Mattucci (Hilton), Alyson Welz (Penfield), Avery Fordham (Penfield), Emma Alexander (Penfield), Jenna Capozzi (Penfield), Peyton Rothfuss (Penfield), Cecily Kaul (Pittsford), Ella Murphy (Pittsford), Lauren Garringer (Pittsford), Danielle Garrett (Rush-Henrietta), Kate DeWald (Rush-Henrietta), Taylee Bernarduci (Rush-Henrietta), Allie Pisano (Victor), Julia Bruno (Victor), Lila Kubrich (Victor), Maia Pronti (Victor).

The D-1 Defensive Player of The Year was Brin Gotham (Victor). The D-1 Offensive Player of The Year was, again, Ella Peers (Fairport) and the Coach of the Year was, again, Dave York (Penfield) who was also named USA Lacrosse Coach of the Year from Section V. 

The Monroe County League awarded first team D-2 awards to Alexandra Madison (Brighton), Ella Brunette (Brighton), Ireland Mistretta (Brighton), Leah Sheridan (Canandaigua), Maddie Passalacqua (Canandaigua), Ellie Bottiglier (Irondequoit), Emma Francis (Irondequoit), Lucy Whipple (Irondequoit), Brooke Endres (Spencerport), Raquel Circhirillo (Spencerport), Lola Wambach (Schroeder), Carly Fitch (Thomas).

The D-2 Defensive Player of The Year was Emma Francis (Irondequoit). The D-2 Offensive Player of The Year was Ireland Mistretta (Brighton) and the Coach of the Year was Mike Butler (Irondequoit).

The Monroe County League awarded first team D-3 awards to Molly McJury (Brockport), Campbell Hewlett (Churchville-Chili), Shavonne Callahan (Churchville-Chili), Evie Amesbury (Gates Chili), Harper Jacob (HFL), Shayne Angelo (HFL), and Tessa Peinkofer (HFL).

The D-3 Defensive Player of The Year was Tessa Peinkofer (HFL). The D-3 Offensive Player of The Year was Shaye Angelo (HFL) and the Coach of the Year was Kristen Butka (HFL). 

The Independent teams also selected awards in 2024. First team awards went to Ada Krupa (Eastridge/BK), Brynn Henry (Aquinas), Maeve Shanahan (Mercy), Emma Kravetz (Mercy), Kessa Sangasy (Aquinas), Lila Hansen (Penn Yan), Maihue Miranda-Wiltberger (Penn Yan), Makenna Mullins (Penn Yan), Mia Lusardi (Mercy), Mia Quagrello (Mercy), Neely Hawn (Eastridge/BK), Savanah Hinchcliffe (Aquinas). The Independent Player of the Year was Bailey Cooper (Penn Yan).

the Panthers having defeated No. 7 Churchville-Chili 18-4. No. 1 Victor and No. 4 Irondequoit also advanced in class B. In class C action, No. 2 Geneva powered past No. 7 Brockport for its fifth consecutive win, setting up a semifinal matchup with No. 3 Honeoye Falls-Lima, which dominated No. 6 Wayne 21-4 with the help of six goals from Harper Jacob. No. 1 Pal-Mac and No. 4 Aquinas-WOIS also booked their spots in the class C semifinals with commanding victories. 

CANANDAIGUA-6 at VICTOR-13 - Allie Pisano (4g/1a), Morgan Livingston (3g/1a), and Maia Pronti (3g) led the scoring for No. 1 Victor. The Blue Devils will face fourth-seeded Irondequoit in a class B semifinal game on Thursday. Canandaigua, the nine seed, finishes at 7-11.    [ Story and BOX SCORE

WAYNE-4 at HONEOYE FALLS-LIMA-21 - Harper Jacob (6g), Shaye Angelo (4g/5a), and Mackinley Buckley (1g/6a) led the attack for No. 3 Honeoye Falls-Lima. Isabella Veltre had two goals for sixth-seeded Wayne. The Cougars move on to the class C semifinals, Spen at Irondwhere they will face No. 2 Geneva on Thursday. Rush-Henrietta continued its dominance over Mercy with a gritty 9-7 victory, highlighted by Taylor Potwin’s 100th career save. Schroeder powered past Hilton 11-6, fueled by Lola Wambach’s three goals and Maura Ugine’s seven saves.
