The first tie breaking procedure is head to head match-ups. After a close first half, Webster Schroeder pulled away with four unanswered goals early in the second half. The Warriors defeated Brockport 13-8. Schroeder scored the opening goal and although Brockport forced three ties, the Warriors never trailed. Payton Lill (3g-2a) and Madison Bell (5g) led in scoring for Schroeder. Glagolev Leads Thomas to Victory |

Thomas scored the first eight goals in their 13-10 win over Pal-Mac. The Titans Emily Glagolev finished with 4g-1a and a team leading 10 draw controls. She was one of the major factors in the win, making her presence known on offense and defense. Her dominance at the draws caused the Red Raiders to double her at the circle. That gave Gabriella Vasile free reign on the far side to win four draws herself. The possession control helped the Titans control the pace of the gamehomas scored the first eight goals in their 13-10 win over Pal-Mac. With rescheduled games, 51 matches were played this week. R-H defeated Victor 12-11 in the sole overtime match of the week. Brighton (14-0) continue to remain the only undefeated Section Five team. Additionally, Pittsford (14-1) and Pal-Mac (13-1) continue on with only the single loss. There are 32 remaining games to be played in the final week of the regular season. Canandaigua came back from trailing by three to defeat Webster Schroeder 11-9. The Braves scored six unanswered goals to end the first half and start off the second. Canandaigua scored the first goal of the game with an unassisted goal from Emma O’Neill. The Warriors responded with three in a row to take the lead. Payton Lill scored two with Madison Bell scoring the third. Canandaigua stayed close and tied the game at 3-3 and 4-4. Webster scored their fifth goal with another unassisted goal from Lill. 0:12 later, Abby Moon scored for the Warriors. Bell recorded her second assist to Kelsey Nelson with 8:44 remaining in the first half. Waterloo Scores Seven Straight to Start Second Half |

Wayne hosted their fifth annual “Cradle for a Cure” event today. Waterloo defeated the Eagles 17-9. The “Cradle for a Cure” event began five years ago as a fundraising/awareness event after a local lacrosse player received a cancer diagnosis. Every year since, Wayne has hosted a multigame event with boys and girls lax with the hope of donating to both local charities and a local family in need of assistance.
